How to Create a New User Account in Windows Vista or 7.

Here is how you can create a New User Account in Windows Vista:

Click the Start Button to open the Start Panel.

Click on your User picture to open User Accounts.

Click Manage another account.

Click Create a new account.

Choose and type the name for this new user account.

Decide whether you want it to be a Standard user or Administrator account. Click Create Account.

Customize it.

Log off / Log on.
