I’m very excited to announce my theme “Vista Blue” for Windows Vista!

HOW TO INSTALL:

Download “VistaGlazz” from following links and run it, to allow Vista to use 3rd party themes:
CodeGlazer.
Stand-Alone.
Installer.

Download Theme.

Extract the contents of the RAR file to: %windir%\Resources\Themes\

Now right-click on Desktop and select “Personalize”. Click on “Theme”. Finally, select “Vista Blue by Mr. Vista” from the drop-down box and then Apply it.

After getting a lot of requests for a Basic Version of my above theme “Vista Blue for Vista”, I’m happy to submit my new theme “Vista Blue RTM”.
Its a revised version of “Vista Blue for Vista”. I have created this theme for “Windows Vista Basic” users who can’t use “Aero” in their systems and are forced to use the Vista Basic theme. It also contains a version for Aero which is same as “Vista Blue for Vista”.

The instructions to install are same as mentioned above.

NOTE FOR VISTA AERO USERS:

The Aero theme will be applied by default. If you want to use the “basic” version which I made specially, then change it from:
[Windows Color and Appearance -> Open classic appearance properties for more color options]
And select the Basic version from the list and then apply. Download Vista Blue RTM for Vista Basic.
