Find Solutions To Vista Problems.
 
Windows Vista contains a nice new feature : Problem Reports and Solutions Center. This feature is used not just for reporting problems to Microsoft but to find solutions for your Vista problems.
To access the Problem Reports and Solutions feature, open Control Panel > System and Maintenance.
Click on Problem Reports and Solutions. Here you will see the list of all problems which you Vista may have faced. This could be your Windows Explorer crashing or they could be problems caused by any of your applications.
Clicking on any one of your mentioned problems will open up a new page which will give you more information on it.
If you wish to manually check for new solutions and / or report your problems, click on Check for New Solutions. This way you will get the latest available solutions.
You can also choose how you'd like to check for solutions, You can configure to do so automatically or manually. To set it as per your choice, click on Choose how to check for solutions. Clicking on Advanced Settings will give you still more options.
Clicking on View Problem History will give you a list of all the problems your Vista may have faced. Right clicking on any given problem will give you a menu to get further details.
Choosing View problem details will let you have the exact details your Vista may have faced.
If you find that your Windows Vista Freezes frequently or if your Internet Explorer Crashes or Freezes, or if you get the BSOD, this is one place you should definately look at !
