Use Explorers CheckBoxes To Select Files or Folders !

In Vista, you can use checkboxes to 'select' the files that you plan to copy, cut, move or delete. Instead of doing the same by holding down Shift or Ctrl, you can easily click the boxes which appear on the LHS Top corner of each icon. Here is how you can do it.

Enable CheckBoxes

Open Organize > Folder & Search Options > Views Tab > Advanced Settings > Check on -Use checkboxes to select items' > OK.
Enable CheckBoxes

Now you will see small checkboxes appear for each file / folder icon. Check on them to make your selections.
